CHERYL STRAFFON - Megalithic Mysteries of Cornwall
Cornwall
is a strange and mysterious land, and also has the highest
concentration of megalithic sites in almost all of Europe.
Cheryl Straffon has researched and written about these
sites, the anomalous phenomena experienced at them,
and their possible meanings for over 20 years. Her talk presented the fruits of that research
with some new ideas and possibilities about the megalithic
significance of the Cornish sites.
Cheryl was the last speaker on the Sunday before the legendary John Michell

Straffon is a graduate of London & Cambridge Universities,
followed by an Archaeology course. She is the author
of several books, including the Earth Mysteries
Guides to Ancient Sites in Cornwall (4 volumes - see below), Pagan Cornwall: Land of the Goddess , and Megalithic Mysteries of Cornwall.
She has edited the Cornish EM magazine Meyn
Mamvro for the last 20 years, and lives in
the county where she researches, writes, and gives talks
and tours to the ancient sites. Here are some of the rarer books she has written.
